Think dairy and meat is as important if not moreso that fruits and veggies. Protein is super important and so is calcium, fruit and veggies are good for other things but your body needs protein and calcium in order to function

I think we still have plastic straws near me but no more plastic bags. Normally I wouldn't care but they also stopped supplying paper bags, you have to pay for reusable bags now
