When writing a paper, how do you report the standard error

that is A +- b

if b is far less than your value for A.

For example I have a value that is

A = 1.44*10^-22 (with correct sig figs)

and my b is +- .000001*10^-22 which is way beyond the precision I have it.

What should I do?
