Yes. They will probably have eyes in the front which are located near their mouth and nose so they can see and smell what they eat etc.

Since we know that animals evolved the same "solutions" to the various challenges of surviving independently we can assume that on other planets such things will happen too.

BUT you can never get rid of the starting point. You can change it drastically but in evolution there can never be a total reset.

So this starting point will always be there - and I am just interested into seeing some of these that make sense but are different than those on earth.
