The range, "R", is the greatest distance the object travels along, and The height, "H", is the greatest parabolic height said object reaches within its trajectory.

I don't know the proper words, I don't need too. All you or I needs to know is is the R+H of the bullet greater then that of the wind?

Is there more details to the question? If not, just say zero. Or be a smart ass and say X (<50mpm) X is a value that has yet to be determined, but we know it's less then it's initial.
