This movie was such a disappointment and kind of pissed me off.
It lost me when they "tried" to explain the science, which basically amounted to the typical meme time travel paradox speech in every movie trying to explain time travel, and then the character said "don't try to understand it". Like fuck off and don't waste my time then on half baked scifi concepts. What a copout line. It ruined the movie for me because now the illusion is broken and I know they have nothing new or exciting to show me/teach me and the writers are half wits distracting you from their empty scifi concept with trippy reveres clips.

Fact is, large scale immigration of people from societies who haven't developed the same values as the west has led to a degradation of the kinds of traits that made our society flourish in the first place. Why has this happened? Partly because of the globalist idea that we can all get along no matter our differences. And partly because the rich realized that they could exploit foreign workers for cheap labor and lower the value of labor in the west, thus getting away with paying their employees lower wages. Now instead of competing with 1 american you're competing with 1 american, 100 Chinese and 100 Indians ect.. Denying this is denying factual reality.
