A report describing recent Russian anti satellite weapons, mostly a laser mounted on trucks which is used to temporarily blind spy sats. It appears that the system is deployed across the country and is used to limit intel gathering on Russia's nuclear missiles.

It also says that Russia is investing in multiple ASAT systems to give it an edge against America in a nuclear conflict. It's interesting that Russian military space is still so focused on the Cold War mindset.
