>is it basically the limitless pill?
It's more like an addicting autism pill that'll destroy your body in a mere decade of daily use

>does treatment improve long-term outcomes in people with adhd or not?
That depends. Do you consider it "treatment" for somebody to be on a harmful stimulant for their entire life?
If you say "yes if it allows them to hold a job/excel in academia" then we have a fundamentally different definition of what "treatment" entails.

>I've looked into it and there's almost no negative long term side effect besides the very slight cardiotoxicity.
You don't need to tell me how incompetent you are at doing research.
>Why don't you think about how any of those could be true and it could still ethically be prescribed to a staggering amount of people
I'm just gonna have to let you sit there and ponder that one yourself
Maybe take an extra dose so you can figure it out.
