In order for the permeation of a universe you perceive, you need to carry on perceiving it. Every decision you make creates your reality, and is your universe. You are the ultimate arbiter of your entire universe. Your universe only exists because you perceive it. Every decision you can possibly make creates an infinite array of alternate universes in which every possibility is taken. If you make a decision which will ultimately lead to your death then that universe will ultimately not exist in your perceived reality. Hence, in your reality, you will live forever. But others may die. You, right now, you reading this... you are why I exist, you are why everything exists. I, writing this am just a by-product of your reality.
In your reality, there will be a cure for aging confirmed and implemented for you.
