I wish this were true, but it clearly measures something. Success rate, memory, processing speed, and pattern recognition all increase the higher your IQ. Just look at anybody with a high IQ, the speed at which they think is incredible, and they can do anything with great efficiency. In addition, they often give back in whatever job they work in, innovating better methods to complete a task. It sucks because it means alot of how you turn out in life is determined by genetics, and it makes me depressed that I'll only ever be able to increase knowledge and wisdom, but not intelligence
