43 trillion cheeseburgers is not a problem for an AI driven economy unless everyone on the planet wants them at the same time.

There's enough carbon in Ganymede alone for 1 000 000 000 trillion cheeseburgers. Calculating for other elements would give similar numbers.

Exponential growth allows for a robotic work force to grow into huge numbers relatively fast. People are just too accustomed to thinking linearly.
