why is the equilibrium constant of water pic related? Why isn't it divided by the moles of H2O - [H2O]?

why is the dissociation constant of water pic related? Why isn't it divided by the moles of H2O?
I was thinking [H2O] must be approximately 1, but that's retarded because there are 50+ moles in 1000g of water.
