I can't decide on a major.
Is mathematics better if I'm mostly interested by very theoretical physics? I looked at my universities physics program and it seems like physicists take barely any mathematics beyond analysis (so hardly any topology, algebra, etc., which also interest me a lot), even though it's a top 20 school globally. I'm thinking though that I could study such math by myself in the holidays, is that feasible?
