If you live near a forest, walk on its tracks in the morning for half an hour. Then before dinner use an exercise bike or treadmill or whatever for half an hour. Whatever you do that you find pleasing, like eating snacks or watching your favourite show, force yourself to do at least 20 pushups before or something similar. You need to teach yourself that you can only get pleasure if you work for it. The exercise part teaches you to enjoy the time you spend relaxing, and it keeps you healthy which makes you feel great. The only way to reset your dopamine receptors is to force yourself to work for pleasure.

Take this schedule slowly and ease into it, like start off with only doing the morning walk every other day, or 10 pushups once a day. Later you want to start cooking your own meals. If you want a burger, you'll need to make it yourself instead of buying fast food. If you want a fruit, you need to open and cut it yourself instead of buying those pre-cut slices in plastic wrap. Teach yourself to work for your pleasure. Not so much as growing your own food, and baking your own bread, but you get the picture. If you want a sandwich, make it yourself instead of buying a pre-made one from a cafe.

Set yourself goals as well. It proves to yourself, no matter how small they are, that you're progressing in life. Goals can be small things like spending under x amount of money this week, doing the laundry in less than x time, or reading 10 pages a day. Getting 8 hours of sleep is also very important. Waking up at sunrise everyday is truly top tier and it makes your day seem longer rather than waking up at 1pm and only getting a few hours of sunlight

The true path of happiness ends at self-sufficiency. There is no better feeling than being in control of your life, whether that be your finances, body, mind, routine, etc... The trick is to just work for pleasure, don't indulge without effort or you'll lose the satisfaction of having something pleasurable.
