Largely the nuclear waste produced and the potential devastating effects if something completely unexpected happens. However this does not seem to be a problem at all with Generation IV power plants so I'm looking forward to them. I just believe we can take care of our energy needs better by improving and funding more research into geothermal power plants and utilizing advanced drilling techniques so that it can be used everywhere.
