Are you just saying it's bullshit or do yoou want to understand why it's not as completely arbitrary as it may seem.
In the first case, there's already a thread. In the second, I can give you some pointers that go a little in the Ramanujan direction (And then there's that pretty Zeta functon video that's floating around).
