Hilarious argument.

If the margin for error for black people could be higher. Then so could the margin for error for white people be higher. And for all the other races, basically leaving us exactly where we started.

There is no reason to use margin for error to assume that everyone is either higher or lower depending on your bias and how you feel the facts would be fair.

The problem with your thinking is that you are biased. You belive that because someone has a lower IQ that makes them inferior, and you will fight that fact and bend truth to make it not so. But what if i told you that having a low IQ doesnt make you inferior?
Sure you wont be winning any science fairs, but you may have other attributes that arnt being measured, you could be extremely strong, or tough, or agile, or have a really great immune system. You could have the cure to cancer inside of you, or have won the genetic lottery in any number of ways that arnt related to the brain. On top of this it is my believe that each humans difference makes them talented in some way, and that there is literally so many different fields you could be talented in, in this universe, that eveyone has a niche.
But lets not talk about niches, lets talk about rough areas. Things you are bad at. Areas which need to be improved upon. Before you can improve you have to accept theres a problem. Black people need to accept that many of them need to improve in intelligence. Infact most black people do understand that. Its only bleeding hearts that try to go into denial about this. I know many black people, and they are more able to admit theres room for improvement than you might think. This doesnt make anyone inferior, infact it is actually bravery.
