The paper is basically saying that women and minorities are more chaotic, and white males are more organized. We all know entrophy is the ultimate state of the universe, and what makes us human is creating order out of chaos, therefore the white male is simply superior once again.


When you listen to music, it's the harmonious organization of tempo, frequencies and timbre that makes you enjoy it. No one likes random noise.


Sure you can say white noise is more complex than a piece from Mozart, by the amount of different variables it has in it, but is it better just because there's chaos in it?
