I treated myself by dropping some mushrooms and realizing what an absolute fucking retard I've been and how much I've been holding myself back all those years, destroying myself for no reason just because that little voice in my head said so every single waking second of my life, how I'm not worth anything, noone loves me, etc etc, I realized my worth and value, I realized my capability to achieve whatever I wish, the only thing that held me back was myself, so I destroyed that part of me, I will never let those thoughts control me, because I know that's not me, but you don't need to do psychedelics to understand that, psychedelics only offer a different point of view to knowledge you already had, you simply need to open your eyes to the beauty which surrounds you, the pleasure of breathing air, the beauty of a morning sunrise, the taste of great food, it is life itself which is the greatest gift, the capability to experience something beyond anything you can imagine even in your wildest dreams, you are the universes greatest creation, it's time to start acting like one.
