Easiest ways to control weight
1. Stop sugar (NB; there is a lot of added sugar in processed foods, so the safer bet is just to eliminate processed foods)
2. Stop snacking (only 2-3 meals a day within a maximum 12 hour window)
Promoting insulin resistance by ingesting sucrose + promoting hyperinsulinemia with snacking puts your body into an anabolic state, primarily signalling for the synthesis and storage of fat as adipose tissue. Since you put your body in an anabolic state, the calories you expend by just existing decreases so as to conserve fat mass and your hunger increases so that your calorie intake increases (to promote fat anabolism). All of this is known endocrinology and is not disputable. Once you understand the regulators of body-weight, the solution to obesity becomes clear.
