You're retarded. Multiplication & add and a shift operation takes 2-3 instructions. A memory read takes dozens, hundreds, or thousands of cycles depending on how far away the data is.

Even for extended precision ints, the sheer size of the table would require you to have large gaps in it and the (n*gap) additions time + memory read needed will kill off any performance gains.
