Hi guys,

I'm going to make some tofu and one of the ingredients that's needed for it is calcium sulphate.

Does anyone here know if it got any shelf life or some such?

The reason I'm asking is that the only place that ships to me has a date of expiration in June, while the other's doesn't have any dates at all.

I'm wondering if the shelf life is really that important or not for calcium sulphate?

so is it true the oil leak will result in a 20 mile wide methane bubble releasing and wiping out over 90% of all life on the planet?
