Homosexuals when they think of sex with the same sex think of their shared genetalia, and look for stimuli such as bodily frame, teets, etc.

Heretorsexuals, when they look for a mating partner, look for the same stimuli, but of a different variaty to their own

Fetishists, like Heteros, look for differing stimuli, but to an extreme extent.
