I'm having this problem with concentration especially if I have overslept, slept only few hours, drunk too much coffee etc. I feel like I can't concentrate on anything and the whole day goes to waste study-wise. I place my homework in front of me and nothing comes out, I feel like my brain is hibernating itself.

To me it is easy to find ways to concentrate on normal days but on bad days it seems like nothing helps. I try to walk couple of miles, do some exercise, drink green tea and just relax for a moment but nothing seems to help. Inb4 "Don't sleep too much, drink too much coffee etc". I can't help it that occasionnally I can't keep up my rhythm and find myself disoriented. What kind of trick or useful tips you have when feeling like this, kind of semi ADHD?
