Einstein's theory of General Relativity didn't destroy Newtonian physics, they simply expanded on them and made a MORE ACCURATE picture of the universe. That's what's happening now, again.

Basicall, Newtonian physics was seeing the universe in 240p. General Relativity gave us 480p. Now, we might be able to move onto a system that lets us see the universe in 720p. Get it?
