I smoked weed heavily for about 4 years give or take. And this stuff wasn't some weak ass shwag either. I had multiple high quality connections, and I smoked that shit all day, every day.

Since embarking on this marijuana binge my thought patterns have become sluggish as FUCK. I seriously feel like a retard at times.

I quit smoking about 3-4 months ago, but my mind still feels just as sluggish as ever. I've heard about the effects being temporary...but I am beginning to worry. Please tell me this will get better.

Is there an effective way to reverse these negative effects? I know exercising will help, but is there anything else?
