>Reminder that a huge majority of martian surface features are totally inexplicable by any traditional erosion or impact effects. Lab experiments have shown that they are clearly results of massive electrical discharges.

sin(y) = sin(50-x) = cos(x)sin(50) - sin(x)cos(50).

What is the cos(x)sin(B) - sin(x)cos(B) rule?

Based response, but hard to believe you can't understand algebra with such understanding. Elaborate!

Hey /sci/, how did DNA come to contain the information to self-replicate? Allow me to unpack this a bit; wouldn't the information for the DNA to replicate and the DNA itself need to come into existence at the same time? This is just a big paradox for me as a biology student and i was wondering if anyone else had any insight.

When I think about this a comparison that comes to mind is a computer writing its own operating system.

>Kidding aside, you can reenter atmosphere in a space suit and be fine (until the landing). You're not massive enough for gravity to speed you up to the point where your velocity would start fires and shit.

Until you realize the lack of friction in the upper atmosphere thus speeding you up to godly speeds. Then you hit a massive wall of air molecules turning you into a cinder.

This step:
