Inquisition had to do with what people believed, not what they DIDN"T believe. They didn't torture people because they didn't believe in unicorns rather because they believed they were doing gods work. However being christian doesn't necessarily = you'll do evil things in the name of Christ (causation fallacy) however you are more likely compared to someone who doesn't believe.

Yeah, I basically ruled out doing Aero a while ago but it was still an option.

I enjoyed the small amount of programming work we did last year, which made my interest in Mechatronics rise.
However, this semester I'm doing a first year electronics course and I can say that it's not awfully fun at all. In fact I can't seem to understand why anyone who pursue a telecommunications degree or something of the sort.

Also, I'm already studying here in Australia at UNSW so Mech might be a fitting choice.

ITT: note-taking general
How did you take your notes in university? All throughout high school I used binders and looseleaf paper, but I think all of that might get cumbersome when I go to university this year. Tips?

>laptops/netbooks not an option

For some reason, I was asked to contribute to a math publication for middle school students (grade 7-10). The publication basically consists of math problems and puzzles, games like Sudoku, and other math facts.

Can /sci/ recommend any good puzzles and facts related to math? Nothing too advanced - remember, they're kids.
