When George Bush Sr left office after his 1 term presidency, China's per capita GDP was lower than many subsaharan African nations, 30 years later, China is now on par with some of the poorer western nations. Every single penny the Chinese gained was taken from an American factory worker at the behest of the Wall Street globalists who knew they could turn bigger profits for themselves by stabbing their fellow Americans in the back to favor the Chinese. well the universities are all state funded, either through research grants or directly, so thats why the universities religiously favor foreigners over the domestic population.
