exposed to it in school, my brain was mush by it until i gave up thinking all together and i'm like adhd to it. I've recently wanted to go all over it again from zero, so i red a few algebra introductory books and i don't understand anything at all.

Third year Physics undergraduate here. Pretty much devoted my entire break to just working, I did the same last year as well. Just wanted to know if there is any advice any graduate/postgraduate Physicists have to offer someone who is really struggling to find the subject interesting anymore? I have about 150 more pages of P.A.M Dirac to contemplate before I go back and am losing the will to live a bit. I don't really have time to "take a break" with all the other work on top of this.

At /sci/ corp employees are required to complete 35 clocked in hours a week, as well as take the government mandated 30 minute break per day. Before entering the building, there is a turnstyle and electronic id card that keeps track of the time punched in and the time punched out (unpaid). Employees are allowed to punch out for lunches and breaks.
Employees also have an HR portal that keeps tracks of their hours punched in as well as the hours punch out (until the last punch out of the day when the employee goes home).

Please create a formula to calculate how much time Jim as accumulated and when he may leave on Friday.

Punch in time: 21 hours 14 minutes
Unpaid punched out time: 1 hour and 15 minutes
Jim called in Sick on Wednesday which counts as 7 hours towards his total work hours
Jim did not punch out and took his lunch at his desk for 45 minutes on Tuesday and 30 minutes on Monday.
It is 4pm Friday afternoon, Jim started at 10:15am and punch out for 46 minutes for lunch.
