Exactly a patient should not be obligated to pay a single penny if a doctor cannot actually fix their problem, the stupid notion that the doctor should be paid simply for being in a room with them and having them attempt to make some half-assed, shitty, conjectural diagnosis with no proper evidence that their mode of treatment will work is asinine. Don't even get me started on the "mental health" doctors either that's a level of quackery I don't even want to get into seeing as how the efficacy of their treatments has no basis in any physically measurable phenomenon.
