You do it the really, really dumb way.
We denote the matrix of expansion on the [math]l[/math]-axis by a factor of [math]k[/math] by [math]A_{l, k}[/math].
Then [math]T = A_{z, c} A_{y, b} A_{x, a}[/math], from what was said.
Compute [math]T[/math] by hand from that.
