The only historically proven way to reduce the population even of a single country is through mass death. If you have any proof of any other way we'd love to see it. But we all know you've got nothing.

Because you're vaunted family planning in Europe has lead to Europe's total population increasing by 1 million people per year over the last decade. Clearly growing by 1 million a year is the same to you as staying the same or getting smaller because +1000000 = 0 = -1000000 right?
