do you really think the providence of a nation is reducible to the skin color of its leader from one day to the next? and could you provide objective measurements of a country becoming “good” or “bad”? When you reflexively reach for GDP growth, crime statistics, etc., try to consider that the cause for each of these quantifiable facets of a nation is unlikely to be the skin color of a single individual in that nation as compared to another individual’s skin color.

I don’t see where I denied this. Is it possible that affirmative action is not the first law that happens to discriminate against a specific race of people? I can’t seem to remember it specifically but I’m certain that there was a law, in America even, that may have discriminated against a specific race for hundreds of years... hmm

Hi /sci/, organic chemist enthusiast here. I am lacking access to research papers on reaction pathways, and effective mechanisms to general reactions, such as methylation and amine addition. Do you guys know any free open source online repository of such information? or any recommended books? I dont want to pay 50$ to get limited access to some Jewish research paper site

well, I wanna get really good at maths (not just pure maths but usually engineering/physics related), because I found often times, I would encounter some problem, and come up with a good solution pretty fast, because I read something x years ago. So I want to expand my horizons, because in the end the most influential solutions to problems might lie in different planes, and you won't be able to connect the dots.
