Another question, how accessible are specialties over there in general if you don't care about geographical location and are a EU foreigner? And more specifically Ophtho and Derm?

Why so few drugs truly supress hunger, but zillion of them increase it? Same for environmental effects on appetite (stress, illness, sadness, feeling cold). Is it because the only effective way to kill hunger is by supressing hypothalamus?
