but what would be your take in that situation, if theres NO action at all in that sole atom , would time still "pass" as a independent phenomena.

I guess by doing some logic I could say that the propotition is just not logical that I can't do that type of reductionism even if it is just hypothetical because it could lead me to a wrong conclusion.
