How could Godel prove his incompleteness theorem, when the theorem itself says that it's impossible to prove anything?

kek i guess some people just weren't meant to be mathematicians

So if nothing can travel faster than the speed of light, then how can anything be equal to mc^2? There's no practical way we could verify this.
