and example of co-dominance is blood type in humans. where an allele for protein A, and an allele for protein B, are both present in the phenotype, to for the blood group AB (universal acceptor blood group)
and example of incomplete dominance is in pink snapdragons (flowers) when the the red homozygous flower is paired with the white homozygous flower, the result yields a pink snapdragon flower. The pink snapdragon is the result of incomplete dominance because the red allele still shows in the phenotype, but is diluted, because it is not homozygous, and so the phenotype is pink instead of red.
