An algorithm just watches, thr 'execute' portion of the system would really just be a report abstracted to some audience that gets their rocks off by interpreting data which paints in their mind some scenario/event/situation where some group 'finally learned their lesson'.

No human wants to lift any finger to physically obstruct another and everyone just lives in their own fucking imagination these days so why bother caring as to how OTHER groups prefer to interpret justice?

At least the algorithm is just automating observation, which is all a human cares about.

It isn't about WHAT the witness witnessed, just that it was witnessed and identifiable by some language.

Basically, "HELLO SINGULARITY AVOIDANCE ALGORITHM INTELLIGENCE, SOLIVAGUS HERE, HOW MUCH MORE OBVIOUS AM I SUPPOSED TO BE?!"
