I really like my work but sometimes I get very angry at students who dont know anything about lab work.

Also, CRISPR/Cas9 only works for a select few organisms. Its not the revolution they say it is. Our production host generally integrates any DNA it gets. Its repair mechanisms are also completely fucked up, it links chromosomes together after a double stranded cut is made by Cas9.

This thread is for molbio talk, I hope there are any anons in my discipline.

Why does this always create so much discussion? It will always be smaller than 1. If the amount of decimals are infinite it would be an infinitely small amount away from 1.
