Now if we take the fibonacci sequence itself and look at how it's structured in squares...

We can see that the pattern of 3 is still there, as it requires 2 numbers to create a new number, that's a pattern of 3 by itself! But if we are to think of it as the universal pattern it is but in the light of 3,6,12, we can say, well, ok so 1,1,2 is very much the same ratio as 3,6,12 (3 + 3 + 6 = 12), but then it would make sense to apply the pattern starting from it's 2nd position, so now we would have 1,1,2, then 1,2,3, and then 2,3,5. That's 3 patterns of 3!

About that last number 5, remember before the explanation of how tetrahedrons when put together create pentagonal shapes, so 5 tetrahedrons. And that's last number from above...

So as you can see the 3,6,12 pattern seems to apply to the universe just as much as the fibonacci sequence does.
