I'm sorry Mad Scientist, but if you wanted to theorize about an utopia you should have gone to a designer's board.
We in /sci/ won't lie to you about what would really happen, if anything chaos would reign at the start. Then social groups will start, people who want to get out, people who want to take the power, faggots still crying about their misfortune etc. Then, and after some drugs and alcohol we will probably start our dig-out.
