I used to be just like this, chewed all day, didn't even hurt or taste bad anymore

One day I just stopped, and let myself get angry and pissed off. After a week I was less angry but still got the urge to stop by the store and pick some up. After a month I didnt care anymore but when I saw someone smoking or vaping I got a little urge.

Its been a year now. Number one motivator was not wanting to get caught by my live-in girlfriend lol I stopped drinking as well

You just gotta fucking do it and get through it
Have the willpower and be a grumpy asshole for a week, it gets easier
