I think the only reason stephen hawking ever said this is because he was admitted to mensa when he was young, people keep using him as an example in reference to IQ and mensa, Mentally retarded people who believe IQ is accurate get IQ scores similar to Stephen Hawking and insist they're as intelligent or more intelligent.

I just had to make a thread about this because I'm a little more bugged by it than i was years ago.

I took two IQ tests scoring about 160 which is expected since I've taken IQ tests years ago, and I really noticed, they use the same patterns almost every fucking time If you find the patterns in the earlier questions you'll be able to solve most of the later questions and then all you have to do is memorise the diagonal bullshit and be a 160 IQ "genius" for the rest of your life. I'm pretty embarrassed I ever fell for this bullshit.
