Philosopher here: Wittgenstein and Foucault are nowhere near as important to philosophy as Einstein and Newton are to physics. Einstein and Newton are maybe the greatest physicists who have ever lived. Nobody thinks that of Wittgenstein or Foucault. I would say that both Einstein and Newton are more important to PHILOSOPHY than Foucault is, and arguably more important than Wittgenstein (and indubitably if you include indirect influence).
