I can't get a straight answer on the type and number of differentiated cells that can divide.

What would stop a differentiated cell from being able to divide? Expression of division genes, or something else? What would cause a differentiated cell to be able to divide only a limited number of times?

I'm interested in a good *recent* (within the last 5 years) documentary on neuroscience. The topic can range anything from cognitive studies resulting from fMRI to neuroanatomy to a molecular view of the neuron.
