Here is the Czech statistical data. About 60% of the country's population received vaccines in 2021. The current mortality rates are below 2019. This is not to prove anything about the vaccine itself but rather to show that the excess mortality is very unlikely to be caused by it.

However, I think the genetics are a factor. Teens today were born within the last 13-18 years, and are more likely to have mothers above the age of 25, which is a known risk for genetic disorders, including high blood pressure and asthma. We didn't hear much about teens having heart attacks in 2000s or 2010s because their mothers weren't as old at the time of the first borth as they are now. And yes, being vulnerable to more severe vaccine side effects or having an autoimmune syndrome is also linked to genetics. This is not "inheritance", it's a result of poor parental decisions, namely - to give birth later in life. This applies to fathers as well, because telomeres weaken and shorten with age, leading to higher risk of mutations among children - that's why Autism is more likely among kids with older parents.
