If there were aliens

What’s to say WE aren’t the more advanced species?

Why can’t we be the ones to make first contact?

I believe that aliens could be merely bacteria based life forms at the moment and the reason we haven’t found them is because they die and vaporize or what have you when they enter our atmosphere on rock samples.

Or we just aren’t sure what to look for yet.

Ignoring religion and assuming the theory of evolution is correct, we used to be monkeys which used to be something and then something before that and then something before then. Once upon a time ago, we were mere single celled organisms.

It’s possible that any existing ‘aliens’ are in that state right now ergo it’s extremely difficult to detect their existence.

Or perhaps we truly are the lesser species

And more advanced life forms exist.

What if they lived so fucking long away though?

Imagine if Jesus Christ had a space ship and was sent to their planet.

Imagine he reached them today.

How far has our society progressed in those 2000 odd years?

Maybe that’s what it’s like for them?

Maybe we have seen UFOs or actually have alien bodies in a top secret base somewhere in the middle of nowhere being researched. maybe those bodies are 2000 years old and maybe their home planet’s thinking, “Fuck. I wonder what happened to Larry?”

Humans are primitive as fuck.

it think it was an extraterrestial civilization who was very similiar to us, and is also ~0.7 type civilization. they also dont believe there is a real chance to communicate with anyone, hence they only send one signal. just like we did with the arecibo message.

Aliens are a life form with superior knowledge than ours. Apparently they're either taller or shorter and they have a different appearance. They can speak telepathically.
Aliens are assholes. They dress up humans in suits and pretend to be government agents hiding something. One in particular, the "Grinning Man" grins and speaks to people telepathically completely ignorant to how fearful he appears to humans. He breaks into people's homes and likes to crash his fucking spaceship and then fly off.

I assume most of us on here think that there are advanced alien civilizations out there.
