You need:

Transportation of the vaccines
Deep freezers for the vaccines
Staff to reconstitute the vaccine powder in the vial
Staff to determine who gets priority
Staff to administer the dose and monitor for allergic reactions

All the above has been handled pretty poorly. Many hospitals in the US, like my own, are critically understaffed already. Reconstituting the Pfizer vaccine on top of the current workload has been a huge pain in the ass.

IQ tests are primarily used by medical professionals to diagnose whether not a patient has a learning disability.

If you're already at the point that you need to see a medical professional to see if you're retarded or not, you might not be the next Einstein.

It's really just psychological phenomenon of group think. Some people will believe anything if there is a group following behind it. Hell it even happened with memes. Remember when people on 4chan would make shitty 'forced memes' and others seeking to be part of the 'club' would unknowingly join in?

It's just like that, but now we have the general public on the internet on a scale like never before. If they see something reposted on 4chan enough they believe it. If they see something on the front page of reddit they believe it. If their relatives share conspiracy theories on facebook... they believe it.

Overall it helps them feel a sense of conformity/harmony with the group they identify with most. To the individual this information is also empowering. They may know next to nothing of a subject matter, but now they have the 'truth'. They don't need experts, because their own intellect must have led them to the conclusion. And now they'll fight tooth and nail to defend this new idea, because they care more about preserving this power, than being factually correct.
