You don't need to study 4 hours straight.

Divide it in times of 25 minutes. With a rest of 5 minutes in between. Every four times that you do this, rest for 15–30 minutes. Just don't visit 4chan or facebook while doing so. Do something else.

Have you guys heard of the Pomodoro technique thing? And if so, what do you think of it?

Is Pomodoro worth it? Taking 10 min break every hours sounds like a lot.
