This is actually a growing trend among most fundamentalists in the states.

The Evangelicals are paying for high ranking members in their churches to go to esteemed colleges, and get degrees in biology, geology, and other related fields.

Then the Churches are making huge donations to the colleges with the stipulation that they are allowed to make decisions in hiring process for professors in those fields.


It is kind of disheartening to realize we are about to have science pretty much destroyed in this world.

There is no difference in argument between saying a fairy is real and saying a god is real. If it was a strawman I would be arguing a different concept altogether other than fairies existing.
